How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data collected through ZeniwApp or our WhatsApp Business integration, you can do so by contacting us via email.

Steps to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to privacy@zeniwapp.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
  2. In the body of your email, please include:
    • Your full name
    • The email address associated with your account (if applicable)
    • Your phone number used with WhatsApp (if applicable)
    • A description of the data you would like deleted
  3. You will receive an acknowledgment of your request within 5 business days

Please note that data already transmitted to Meta/WhatsApp is subject to Meta’s Privacy Policy and their own data retention practices.

Alternative: Delete Data via the Platform

If you are a ZeniwApp business client, you may also delete conversation data directly from your ZeniwApp dashboard. For complete account deletion, please use the email method described above.
