4. Service Availability
ZeniwApp strives to maintain the service accessible 24/7. However, interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or in cases of force majeure. ZeniwApp shall not be held liable for the consequences of any service unavailability.
5. Limitation of Liability
ZeniwApp is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZeniwApp disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ZeniwApp’s liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the user during the preceding 12 months.
6. Governing Law
These legal notices and terms of use are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the courts of the judicial district of Québec (Quebec City) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
